1. Scope
These terms cover your use of monom.technology. Services MONOM delivers or operates for a client are governed by the separate written agreement signed with that client; nothing here replaces or limits it.
2. Content on this site
The pages describe capabilities in general terms. They are not an offer, a warranty of a particular result, or professional advice. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing, per engagement.
3. Intellectual property
The MONOM name and wordmark, the text, layout, typography and code of this site belong to MONOM unless stated otherwise. The GELEN Makina logo is used with permission and remains the property of its owner. You may quote or link to this site with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
4. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from error. To the extent Turkish law permits, MONOM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. External links
Where we link to another site, we do not control its content and are not responsible for it.
6. Governing law
Turkish law governs these terms. The Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@monom.technology.
